Notes & Billing Policies

– Labor billed in 15-minute increments unless contract specifies otherwise.

– A minimum 2 hours applies to all on-site visits
– After-hours rates apply outside standard business hours (8:30 AM–5 PM).
– Projects require a signed SOW before scheduling.
– Hardware/Software/Licensing  is invoiced at the time of order.
– Travel will be billed at the Remote Support hourly rate for ½ the time spent traveling and include all associated travel expenses (mileage, tolls, parking, lodging if applicable).

* Clients under a Key Secure Premium Managed Services Agreement may receive discounted rates or bundled labor as defined in their contract.
