it supportWe began working with KEY Computing, Inc. in 2004 and have stayed with them through a tripling of our staff, multiple office moves, and the rollout of several new divisions.  During this time they’ve maintained our network and workstations, sold us equipment and software, and advised us on the purchasing of other services.  We have a very technologically proficient staff (our company assists school districts in securing funding for their telecommunications and computer networks) and many people are surprised that we outsource these functions.  However, KEY brings a level of expertise to the table that we don’t have in-house.  Projects are done on time, within budget, and better than if we had done them ourselves. They work with us to schedule work when it is convenient for us (even if this means working early in the morning, late at night, or during weekends) minimizing disruptions to our office.  They’ve stood up for us during disputes with third party vendors and explained how new technologies can help us do our jobs better. Importantly, they also work with us on a model that suits our unique needs rather than forcing us into a cookie-cutter solution that is more convenient for them.  All of this allows me and my staff to focus on running our business instead of worrying about our backend services.  Of all the firms our business has relationships with, KEY Computing is the one company I can call a true partner.  They’ve also become pretty good friends.
